This is my final Ominous Review. When looking at my feedback from my peers and teachers I did have to focus on the content of the review and organise the presentation of the review. These are a few things in which I needed to consider when editing this review
Colour- When improving my poster I needed to make sure that the colour all corresponded to the products in which I completed, this was through the poster and the review.
- Red helps illustrate blood which highlights to the audiences that the film is about a horror film due the connotation of red which is blood ,gore and pain which a spread between the products of poster and review .
Black - Used to show the darkness within the review which will highlight key information which is the reason why the text on the right hand side is white which helps pierce through the black background.
Structure (Layout) - I had to make sure that the layout was structured and allowed my audience to read my work more easily. By using the column tool I was able to shrink the text boxes and put them in an order which recreated most newspaper articles and also other film review magazines. I also shrunk my Review title and increase the Ominous Sign. This allowed me to enhance my film title which was ideal to catch the audiences attention as soon as they would see the review they would gain knowledge about what the review is referring to due to the increase of font size
Content - Language punctuation - I also had to make sure that I read over my work because in my feedback I did find out that i needed to proof read my work because some of the sentences didn't make sense which could have a negative effect on how the audience interpreted the text I have wrote
Overall I have enjoyed making this project by using the different skills I have been able to create a better double page spread than last year due to the fact i have more knowledge bout how to use certain software like InDesign, Photoshop and Movie Maker

Here are the results from the survey which I created regarding my review with this information I am able to improve my review even further and also use find out how well I tried when producing my double page spread review.
By looking at my feedback I have realised that the main responses were really positive and I didn't really have a lot on feed back, when I received feedback from my teacher I needed to always relate to what you did well with ad what your did badly within this project.
Now I have to go back and make sure I look at the content not just at the out of the different tones, colours and mastheads, this means that I have to concentrate on the reading structure of my review and the language I have used.

This is the survey which I created regarding the effectiveness of my review which I have created on "InDesign" I do believe that this will help me find errors which I am unaware about and I do also believe this I have created a product which is very similar to real reviews seen in film magazines however I think that this survey will help me develop my product even further.
This is the Final creation of my double page spread review. As you can see there is a dramatic improvement. By looking at examples and layout structures i was able to gain more ideas which I could adopt into my review.
firstly I made sire that there where main components which made up my double page spread
1) Images, this entailed getting images from my film and adding them into the review. This allows the audience to get a sneak Peak into the scenes within the film which will cause them to become intrigued into what the film entails. The more gore is shown i think the images the more interested the audience will seem toward the film.
2) Key information, this involves providing information about the film e.g. What went well?, what went wrong and audience opinion regarding the film and the verdict (the total rate of the film) these were important parts within the film because it allows me to evaluate the film and highlight problems which effected the process of production and what scenes which was effective and also the audiences opinions also allows other audiences to get result of how the film with so they know what to expect when watching them.
3) Mastheads, this helps the audiences to identify what film the review is based on and also the colours such as red help allure the eyes of audiences because the red is bright and overpowers the black and white contrast .
also the key Phrased "YOU NEVER KNOW WHATS AROUND THE CORNER" helps relate to the film because the characters didn't know that investigating the history of the school would cause in their death. The font of the phrase is also quite unique which will helps ty away from the summary paragraphs and allow the audience to think of the connotations behind the phase.
